Regional Shipping Notes
Ontario
We ship from Vaughan, so GTA customers often receive orders within 1–2 business days on standard courier. Ottawa and southwestern Ontario typically arrive in 3–4 days. Orders placed before 2 pm EST on weekdays usually ship same day.
Quebec
Montreal and Laval typically see 3–4 day transit for cut-to-size orders. Quebec City adds a day. Full-sheet rolls to Quebec are quoted as freight — contact us before ordering if you need a 4×8 ft or larger sheet shipped to QC.
Alberta
Calgary and Edmonton receive cut-to-size orders in 4–6 days via standard courier. Alberta's climate extremes are a non-issue — polycarbonate is rated from -40°C to +120°C, making it one of the best roofing panel materials for Alberta conditions.
British Columbia
Vancouver and Metro Vancouver are typically 5–7 days. The Rocky Mountain leg adds a day compared to prairie destinations. BC customers frequently order polycarbonate for greenhouse and patio cover applications — clear and bronze tints are the most common choices.
Manitoba & Saskatchewan
Winnipeg, Saskatoon, and Regina see reliable 4–6 day transit year-round. Prairie shipping lanes are well-serviced. Winter adds minimal delay. Cut-to-size polycarbonate for garage windows and machine guards is a common order type from this region.
Atlantic Canada
Cut-to-size sheets reach Halifax, Moncton, Fredericton, Charlottetown, and St. John's in 6–9 business days via courier. Full-sheet freight to Atlantic provinces is available but must be quoted individually — contact us with your address and sheet dimensions.
Secure Packaging
Cut-to-size sheets ship flat in rigid corrugated cardboard with foam corner protection and protective masking film left on both surfaces. Full-size sheets (4×8 ft and larger) are shipped rolled inside an 18×18×48 in. box — the roll format is intentional and allows the sheet to unroll flat.
